This workshop will provide the opportunity for participants to learn about self-care, community care and ways to integrate promising practices in life in large and small ways. This workshop will also cover the importance of education and access to education is a key component of wellness.
This event is open to all undergraduates and alumni, members of SLG and non-members, supporters and friends, join us! We want this event to be as accessible as possible, so tickets will be free with an option to donate.
